The pace at which the South African hospitality and catering industry is changing is unprecedented and it is becoming increasingly important to keep abreast of developing trends and new innovations. Exhibitions such as Food & Hotel Africa not only provide a forum for companies to display the latest local and international products, equipment and technology, they also serve as a means for companies to network with one another. As such, the objectives of Food & Hotel Africa dovetail perfectly with those of the South African Chefs Association. As the authority on food in South Africa, we aim to improve standards within demonstrations such as those that will be held at Food & Hotel Africa. It is through these events that we are able to transfer skills within our industry.
